It's been years and I have never done this but I see my neighbors hire exterminator after exterminator, as did I until this company. Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that's contract work.  They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. What a great experience! I had a terrible cockroach infestation almost one year ago and BioTech fixed the problem. They listened to my concerns and also found the root cause of the problem based on the breed of roaches (a leak that my landlord had previously tried to fix, but was not truly fixed). After just the first visit we saw significantly less roaches and the only ones we found were dead. It took about three months to not see any roaches at all, but regardless the only ones we saw in those three months were dead. I renewed my contract with them in May simply for maintenance purposes and have only seen a couple of dead ones since, so the product still seems to be working three months later.
