It includes:

• Non chef or in-cabinet built in stove and refrigerator
• Kitchen and bathroom cabinets 
• Radiators including vent screen off (encased, painted shut without access to radiators) – (all)
• Baseboard, steps, shoe molding, and door frame(s)
• Up to 3 mice bait station placement in unfinished portion of home with door sweep install to door or access 
• If needed
  • Floor or wall vent screen off 
  • Specialty seals (excess screens, flashing i.e under kitchen sink, missen drywall behind appliances, huge cut outs in doors, walls e.t.c)
  • Brick wall or fireplace area seals
• Wall convector AC / Heating unit
  • Basic screen and seal 
• Up to 2 rodent proof door sweeps and or threshold installed 
• Up to one Dishwasher
